Sabra received her degree in physical therapy from the University of South Alabama. She has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals (in and outpatient), adult orthopedics, nursing homes, public/private schools, as well as in- and outpatient pediatrics at Patricia Neal Rehab Center in Knoxville, TN. Along with being a Board-Certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist, she is certified in Neurodevelopmental Treatment techniques and infant massage. She and her husband, Johnny, have owned Prime Therapy, Inc. since 1998. Sabra has two beautiful daughters - Caitlin and Rachel and two wonderful grandchildren.

Jennifer is a native of southeast Louisiana. She moved to Crestview in May 2010. She has a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Psychology, graduating from the University of New Orleans Summa Cum Laude in May 2007. She attended Physical Therapy school at University of South Alabama and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in May 2010. She has been practicing in pediatric physical therapy since graduation. She became a Certified KinesioTape Practitioner in 2012. Jennifer is married and has 2 adventurous sons. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is also a flutist with the North Okaloosa Community Band and enjoys crafting in her spare time.

Jenny returns to Crestview with her family to work at Prime Therapy Inc. She received her BFA at Valdosta State University where she studied Theatre and Dance. She then received her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2007 at Georgia State University. Jenny is a Board Certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist and has obtained certification as a Kinesio Taping Practitioner. Her experience includes pediatric physical therapy in the hospital, school, Early Intervention, and outpatient settings. Jenny has a special interests in Torticollis, Plagiocephaly, Pediatric Pelvic Floor Therapy, and Nutrition. She enjoys teaching dance to exceptional children and has founded dance classes in Georgia, Florida, and Mississippi. Her life is enriched by her husband and three children who keep her busy.

Jennifer is a native Floridian who grew up in this area and returned here in 2006 to help care for her mother who was diagnosed with breast cancer. Her husband, Scott, retired from the AF and they have made Niceville their home since 2006. She received her degree from Pensacola Junior College (now Pensacola State College) in 1996, graduating with honors. Since then, she has worked in varied environments beginning in the local hospitals of FWB Medical Center and Twin Cities Hospital; worked overseas in the school system on base as a one-on-one aide for an autistic student; and worked with the Walton County and Okaloosa County Schools as a PTA before finally getting to work for her mentor, Sabra Arzaga, PT. Jennifer has two boys, 21 and 18, who are still pursuing their educational goals. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends playing board games and has tried her hand at refinishing furniture and is her husband’s remodeling assistant.

In 2013, Caitlin earned her athletic training bachelor's degree at the University of West Florida. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Mercer University in 2016. Before starting at Prime Therapy, Inc. she worked in adult orthopedic rehab and pediatric aquatic rehab. With a background in athletic training, she treats orthopedic conditions along with neurodevelopmental issues. She enjoys doing anything with her children by her side as well as blogging about family and physical therapy. She also has a special interest in women’s health- before, during and after pregnancy.
